To book select your preferred date, then choose from a list of available time slots. If you provide an email address you will receive confirmation of your booking and reference number. This will also provide you with a link to reschedule.
Our phone lines will close Friday 09th June @ 1.00pm, if you have any queries after this time please contact our lead researcher (contact provided in 'Participant Information') or University of Nottingham directly.
You can also amend an appointment or cancel an appointment online if you have your booking reference number, or by calling us on the number above.
It is recommend you do not drive after your appointment as you will be given eye drops that can blur your vision, however the eye drops are not compulsory. If you are driving to/from your appointment please inform a member of our team.
